Cancellation Charges
2+ hours before pickup
Cancel without any charge. Full refund if advance payment was made.
1-2 hours before pickup
25% of the total agreed fare may be charged as a cancellation fee.
Under 1 hour before pickup
50% of the total fare charged as the driver has already started traveling.
No-show / driver waiting
If the driver arrives at the pickup location and the passenger is unreachable/absent.

Special Circumstances
- Road closures due to weather or natural events: full refund
