Booking & Confirmation

  • Bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp or phone call from our team.
  • A booking is only confirmed upon verbal or written acknowledgment from ᴛᴀᴘᴏʙʜᴏᴏᴍɪ • ᴛʀᴀᴠᴇʟꜱ.
  • We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion.

Pricing

  • All fares are agreed upon at the time of booking and are binding.
  • Toll taxes, parking fees, and inter-state taxes (if applicable) are charged at actuals and are NOT included in the quoted fare.
  • Night driving charges (10 PM–6 AM) may apply for long routes — confirmed at the time of booking.
  • Waiting charges beyond 30 minutes of the agreed time may apply and will be confirmed with the passenger at the time.

Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
  • Cancellation within 2 hours may incur a charge of 25% of the total fare.
  • No-shows (driver arrives but customer is unavailable) will be charged 50% of the total fare.
  • For multi-day packages, cancellation within 24 hours of start may incur charges of up to one day's fare.

Passenger Responsibility

  • Passengers must be present at the agreed pickup location at the agreed time.
  • Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings during the journey.
  • Any damage to the vehicle by passengers will be charged to the passenger.
  • Alcohol consumption inside the vehicle is prohibited.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or inability to complete trips due to road closures, natural disasters, government orders, extreme weather, or other events beyond our control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Uttarakhand, India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Dehradun.
